First off, I'm a heavy user. Egg white omelette every morning. When my old Teflon pans wore out (after two years) I looked for a "healthier" option in a ceramic non-stick. So I ordered these based on the reviews. Product arrived on Tuesday Jan 22. Cleaned (warm water, dish soap, soft sponge), dried, and seasoned (exactly per manufacturer's instructions)on afternoon of Jan 22.
First use was on morning of Jan 23. Cooked an egg white and asparagus omelette with about a tbsp of olive oil. Pan worked great.
Next day, performance not so great.
Day after that performance was terrible.
Next day I added a bit more oil, performance improved (kinda defeats the purpose of non-stick eh?)
All cooking done with soft silicone spatula.
Day after that I went to Costco and for $19 got three non-stick skillets the same as the ones I had before, which lasted two years.
Ceramic is definitely more "environmentally friendly", but in reality, how much more friendly is it when it has to be replaced every two weeks?

Bought these a few weeks ago and have since used both for various cooking demands. While we almost always use a little butter in the pan when cooking, it is very evident that you are using a non-stick pan when cooking with these. Perhaps because they are brand new, they seem to work every bit as well as the old Teflon pans they have replaced. I looked at several different companies products, which all seemed the same from the descriptions, and thought I would give these WearEver's a chance because of the mild colors, smooth coated handles and ceramic coating..and price. Glad I did. The rest of the family reaches for one of these pans every time. Super easy to clean too. I recommend them.

At first they were nice, but as time went by, each use they became more and more sticky. Eggs have become impossible to cook unless you put tons of butter in the pan... meats stick more and more each time, creating a sticky black gunk. Sorry, I thought they were nice at first, but the continued use of them has proved differently.
Now I'm back to looking for the perfect pan that doesn't emmit toxic fumes.
I'm past the returning window, so now I have to pay for shipping and only get a partial refund... oh well. You win some, you lose some. This would be my only disappointment with Amazon... unless they work with me on this problem.
