Swiss Diamond 3.2 quart traditional covered saucepan features a revolutionary non-stick surface using diamond crystals to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface. The user will be able to cook special sauces, soups, vegetables, and gravies to perfection. The non-stick surface will not peel, crack, or blister and provides perfect heat distribution. The saucepan is made from a 6mm thick pressure cast aluminum which has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas, and electric cook tops. The stay cool handle is ergonomically designed and is safe to use in an oven up to 500F. Metal utensils are safe for use on the non-stick surface and the pan is safe for use in the dishwasher. The inside depth of this covered saucepan is 3.75". The tempered see through glass lid features a handle that also is a vent for venting steam while cooking. The diamond reinforced non-stick cooking surface separates this 3.2 quart saucepan from all others in a way that will enhance the users cooking skills.

Bought this piece about a month ago after trying out several other pieces. I love this stuff!! My original 11" fry pan still looks great with no peeling, scratch marks, etc., even after 7 months of hard use. Wish they'd put this stuff on sale--I'd buy it for Christmas for others & a set for the camper, too. I just can't say enough about this cookware--definitely lives up to its claims.

I have been disappointed in the past with pricey cookware that doesn't go the distance, so decided to try them out one at a time to find a good brand. My search is over as this saucepan is not even in the same league as some of the other brands I have bought, including Cuisinart. The pan cleans like a dream...the food just floats out with soapy water. I am going to replace all of my pots and pans with this brand. Worth every penny....you'll actually save in the long run by buying a quality product like this one that will be your work-horse for years to come.
